1. Who is responsible
Core Enterprise Labs Ltd is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@ce-labs.co.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a project brief, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, work email, company, SAP landscape, delivery need, timeframe, and message. Our hosting and form providers may also process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and submission time for security and service operations.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether CE Labs can help, arrange follow-up discussions, protect the form from abuse, maintain business records, and improve our enquiry process. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated advertising.
4. Basis and retention
We process information to take steps at your request before a possible business engagement and for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting our services. Enquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active relationship, legal obligation, or dispute.
5. Service providers and transfers
The enquiry form currently uses FormSubmit to transmit messages to CE Labs. Hosting, email, and security providers may also process limited information on our behalf. Some providers may operate outside Nigeria; where required, CE Labs will use appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information, or object to certain processing. You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Contact us first at hello@ce-labs.co so we can respond.
7. Cookies and changes
This website does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential technical data may still be processed by the hosting platform. If analytics or other tracking technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before use.
